At AGUA by Agua Bendita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
